Cancellation
We will greatly appreciate if you cancel your reservation when your plans have changed.  Whenever you have to cancel your reservation, please inform our web site administrator about the cancelation.

If your reservation is prepaid you must cancel your reservation 24 hours before our service is scheduled.  This is the only way we can refund your money.
Once we receive your cancellation request at least 24 hours before the beginning of the service we will refund your money within 7 business days.
